These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Okbordero mobile application ("the app"). By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
Okbordero helps DJs automatically identify songs played during a live session, track session history, and export session data. The app uses Apple's ShazamKit to identify tracks in real time while a session is active.
You must create an account to use the app, using email/password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You must provide accurate information when creating your account.
The app is used through "sessions" — each session covers one DJ set, from the moment you press Start until you press Stop, with a 12-hour maximum length per session.
Sessions are sold in packs (1, 5, or 10) as in-app purchases, processed entirely through Apple's App Store or Google Play Billing. We do not process payments directly and never see or store your payment details.
All purchases are subject to Apple's and Google's own refund policies. Refunds are granted or denied at Apple's or Google's sole discretion, not ours — we have no ability to override their decision. If a purchase is refunded after some or all of its sessions have already been used, any unused sessions will be removed from your account, and any sessions already used remain used (they cannot be "taken back").

Song detection is provided as-is. While the app aims for accurate identification, we do not guarantee that every song will be detected, or that detection will always be correct. You can manually add songs the app misses.
The app, its design, and its underlying code are the property of Okbordero. Song identification data is provided via Apple's ShazamKit under Apple's own licensing terms.
You may delete your account at any time from Settings within the app. This permanently removes your account, remaining session credits, and purchase history — this action cannot be undone.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
The app is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or available at all times.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Okbordero is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app, including loss of session data or missed song detections during a live performance.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes will be reflected by an updated date at the top of this page.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Italy, without regard to conflict of law principles.
